#Manipur: Meiteis ATTACK ON OUR EDUCATIONAL SYSTEMS. Despite being a second-ranking student in her department at Manipur University,Lhingjoujam Kipgen from Saikul Sub-division fails the 3rd semester of her M.A.because she is Kuki. EvenOur school in Moreh was set fire by meitei.
