@JaipurDialogues Unless there is severe punishment Indians will not learn Civic sense. There is always an excuse that poor people don't know how to be clean my foot countries like Cambodia which are poorer than us are so much more cleaner. Punish punish punish that is the only option

@IndianTechGuide Roads will not improve without a good municipality no matter how developed we are. And Municipality is corruption personified in our country. No matter which political party comes into the municipality the average municipal officer is corrupt. Hence it is a hopeless cause
