@Gmski @TfL You'll need to tap your card on a reader at a station, on a bus etc to collect the top up first - then the app will show the new balance.

@TfL @lynnerosie Hi Lynne, please check if you've got step-free mode switched on (the wheelchair icon in top right will be blue) as this hides stations that do not have step-free access.

@KarlLimpert @TfL 1 min is the minimum, but fair point! Difference I refer to is vs other journey planning apps which tend to plan from platform to platform.
