@ibroxrocks Keep Barron for the home quota. Both would be squad players in my opinion. If we get good offers for Barron to use for other targets then I would be happy with that.

@4ladshadadream @SherylRitchie7 It is as much about their mentality and desire which is what makes them leaders. How they display that differs from vocal players, never give up players and highly talented players who all lead in those ways and by example. I'd suggest the overall captain should have 2/3 traits.

@RangersReview55 A fabulous interview. Good insight into working with McInnes and his commitment to youth if they're good enough, Ryan got made captain at 22. Really hope Ryan gets fixed up with a club. Certainly didn't rule out coaching at Rangers in the future including the academy.

@JoshuaBarrieRR I certainly remember him at Everton as a solid centre back and getting a couple of caps for England. As for how he’ll be for us I’m like everybody else and will hope he becomes a good addition to the team/squad.

@RangersReview55 @4ladshadadream Excellent article Stevie. Yes, all potential candidates had pluses and negatives. McInnes has a major point to prove, that he can deliver when the pressure is on in big games. His influence in recruitment is key this window.
