The screaming on the unit tonight is unbelievable. Apparently Tramadol and Tylenol don't work that great for pain. The medicines we used before worked great. I guess we're doing our part to fight the #opioidcrisis? I feel less like a nurse and more like a gaurd at Auschwitz :(
