भारतीय हाजियों को सुविधाएं मुहैया कराने के नाम पर हज कमेटी, अल्पसंख्यक कल्याण मंत्रालय और विदेश मंत्रालय के अधिकारी हर साल सैकड़ों करोड़ का घोटाला कर रहे हैं। हज 2027 में यही खेल फिर दोहराया जा रहा है। घोटाला Comprehensive Service Package (CSP) Tender से जुड़ा है, जिसमें भारतीय हज यात्रियों पर लगभग ₹300–350 करोड़ का अतिरिक्त बोझ डाला जा रहा है। हुआ ये है कि सऊदी अरब सरकार ने इस बार अलग-अलग सेवाओं के बजाय एकीकृत पैकेज का मॉडल अपनाया ताकि हज लागत घटे और पारदर्शिता बढ़े। लेकिन भारतीय अधिकारी अपने खेल में लगे हैं। माॅडस ऑपरेंडि देखिए। हर बार सऊदी समय सीमा से महज़ दस-बारह दिन पहले टेंडर नोटिफिकेशन होता है ताकि समय सीमा का हवाला देकर मनमानी की जा सके। घोटाला निश्चित है क्योंकि सबसे अधिक बोली के बावजूद हर साल एक ही कंपनी को काम मिल रहा है। इस बार खेल अलग ही स्तर पर है। भारत के Ministry of Minority Affairs ने Tender Evaluation Committee (TEC) ने जिस कंपनी की तकनीकी क्षमता, प्रेजेंटेशन और काम करने की सलाहियत के आधार पर स्पष्ट सिफ़ारिश की, उसको ही पत्र लिखकर पूछ लिया गया कि तुमने इतनी कम बोली क्यों दाख़िल की? इस बार TEC ने M/s Mashareq Al Mutamayza को चुना था, जिसने सबसे कम दर (SAR 8,717.01 प्रति हाजी) और सर्वोच्च स्कोर (92.13) हासिल किया। इसके विपरीत, मंत्रालय ने M/s Ithra Al-Khair को चुना, जिसने सबसे ऊँची दर (SAR 9,777 प्रति हाजी) दी। इस कंपनी ने बेहद घटिया सेवाएं देने के बावजूद लगातार चौथी बार कॉन्ट्रैक्ट हासिल कर लिया। इसका सीधा मतलब है कि लगभग 1.22 लाख भारतीय हाजियों (सरकारी न्यूनतम संख्या) को प्रति व्यक्ति 1,059.99 रियाल ज़्यादा देना होगा, जो कुल मिलाकर ₹331 करोड़ के आसपास बैठता है। यह निर्णय TEC की सिफ़ारिश और पारदर्शी प्रक्रिया के ख़िलाफ है। हज कमेटी ऑफ़ इंडिया और मंत्रालय के कई अधिकारी इस प्रक्रिया में शामिल रहे हैं, जिनके नाम सार्वजनिक रूप से सामने आ चुके हैं। इसलिए अब ज़रूरी है कि इस पूरे मामले की CBI जाँच हो और ज़िम्मेदार अधिकारियों के खिलाफ FIR दर्ज की जाए। प्रधानमंत्री कार्यालय @PMOIndia तत्काल संज्ञान ले और निम्नलिखित व्यक्तियों के खिलाफ FIR दर्ज कराकर CBI जाँच शुरू कराए: - Mohammad Afzal, Joint Secretary, Ministry of Minority Affairs @MOMAIndia - Shahnawaz, CEO, Haj Committee of India @shanavas121 - Kausar Jahan @KausarJahan213 - Sadaf Chaudhary, Consul (Haj), - Farhad Suri, CGI Jeddah @CGIJeddah यह मामला केवल एक कंपनी को फ़ायदा पहुँचाने का नहीं है, बल्कि लाखों भारतीय मुसलमानों पर अनावश्यक आर्थिक बोझ डालने का है। सार्वजनिक धन और धार्मिक यात्रा से जुड़ी इस प्रक्रिया में पारदर्शिता और जवाबदेही सर्वोपरि होनी चाहिए। आम लोगों, मुसलमान नेताओं को राजनीतिक दलों को भी हज यात्रियों की मेहनत की कमाई से जुड़े इस घोटाले की सच्चाई सामने लाने के लिए आवाज़ उठानी चाहिए। इस सबमें मंत्री जी के साले की भूमिका की भी जांच होनी चाहिए। आख़िर हज आस्था का मामला है और यह घोटाला राम मंदिर चंदा चोरी मामले से किसी भी प्रकार कम नहीं है। #Haj2027 #HajTender #Transparency #CBIInquiry #PublicProcurement #AntiCorruption #PMOIndia #MOMAIndia #HajCommittee @javedaleekhan @SanjayAzadSln @ShayarImran @asadowaisi @Pawankhera @SupriyaShrinate @gurdeepsappal @yadavakhilesh @ArvindKejriwal @cpimspeak @OfficeOfDVS
