THE OWNER OF THE ACCOUNT IS DEAD. How else do you close an account for someone who has died? Are you going to give us back the money from the plan because YOUR STAFF in support said no we can’t? Thanks for making an already hard process even more difficult.

Instead of saying “okay we understand the account owner is passed let’s see what we can do” you berated my family and treated them like idiots. It’s a wonder you still have customers when your immediate reaction to an owners death is “well we can’t close it without the owner”

@TELUSsupport I seriously question your support staff in canceling a plan. My grandfather, the owner of the account is DEAD which was stated multiple times in the call. We asked to close the account to prevent continued payment to a plan not being used any longer.
