@carrierMideaInd @carrier Executive is saying you have to give gas charges and as per him AC was not installed correctly. Why customer has to face such challenges and AC which is quite new is having such basic issues.

@carrier @carrierMideaInd Bought 2 AC last year Durawhite series 1.5T and 2T but after 1 year gas refilling is required in both the ACs. 2 months back got the gas filled in 1.5T AC and since last 1 week cooling of another AC is not working. Worst experience #ac #CustExperience
