@AvantiWestCoast could you please a SIMPLIFIED method of claiming delay compensation? Finding it difficult to upload information and when trying to enter the train reference number it does accept it. Iis there a telephone no to call that does not redirect you back to website??

@AvantiWestCoast we had reserved seats on yesterday’s train for Euston from Glasgow but obviously due to weather this was cancelled. Have no such reservation for today so although on train would rather not be thrown off seats by people who have booked them for today. Advice pls
