@DeliverooHelp I've effectively been penalised a week's work - the equivalent of about £400 simply for not carrying photo ID on me at all times. This was never stipulated - how can you justify it?

@DeliverooHelp I have, but it's the same, coldly indifferent team that is already failing to help me. Having ridden faithfully for two years, this is a real failure of support, and feels like a betrayal.

@rohan_pradhan All I need to do is show them my ID. I've sent it to them via email, and they are refusing to help. I've been an exemplary worker for the last two years, so it feels like a real betrayal to be treated with such cold indifference in this fashion. Can you help?

@WillShuRoo I'm a faithful rider, who is being treated very indifferently by Rider Support. I urgently need to confirm my ID as my access has been suspended, through no fault of my own, and they're flatly refusing to do so before Monday. I'll be in financial jeopardy before then!

Very shoddy customer service from @CycleSurgery today. Order item for 3-5 day delivery; no delivery (or update) 7 days later. Email to complain; reply fails to address complaint - simply told item no longer available. Delivery "promises" meaningless, and stock control pathetic.
