Work from last night ... in progress ... New in my aromatics toolkit ... turn a cryo-EM structure (Microtubule section) into the effective exciton Hamiltonian of its tryptophan network. Nodes = Trp transition dipoles. Edges = dipole–dipole coupling. Diagonalize → collective modes. First look at a microtubule: a superradiant mode ~10× a single Trp, delocalized across the lattice and concentrated on W346/W407 ... and significant vs a random-orientation null (P≈0). Early + still validating. Not a physiology claim ... a geometry-derived, falsifiable measurement.
