I personally think that the chemicals they try to pour in after the algae came back is what caused issues because it was right on the outer parts that they were pouring it on that has the most issue. I just was talking about then not be able to leave it alone because they think it makes Trump look bad and people started calling me out about the sabotaging. It was really happening even if it's not on the grand level that made it fail. They only care about this reflecting pool because his name is attached to it in some way. They want to blame the man for trying to make DC look better by bringing the fountains back and cleaning up some of its history. if it failed it was on the contractor or chemicals... yes... cutting pieces out the pool, messing with the algea drains, pulling up larger sections of the linning. There has been arrests and citations over it. They are posting it on their socials and for the first time in 2 decades of algea... they care about the reflecting pool... why? So there's five people arrested right? I think six maybe even now or a couple were detained today.
