@RoyalMailHelp you sent me an email confirming delivery of an item. The photo was of an item from a different company with no sign of what you claim to have delivered and I’ve now been on hold for 57 mins and will be cut off when the ‘help’ line closes at 18.30. Disgraceful

@KingKabsChester is there an issue with the app? Friday no taxi came at all, today it was 10 minutes late despite pre booking. I appreciate you’re busy but we need to get to school/work and being left in limbo is not okay and defeats the purpose of using the app and pre booking

@ScottishPower My mum is with you, she is just out of hospital after being on ICU and has misplaced her key,she is being told there is nothing you can do in terms of emergency credit. She is elderly, vulnerable, and has a fridge and freezer full of food that is going to perish

@RoyalMailHelp your service has become an utter shambles. In a good will gesture I posted on 3 expensive books on fertility and ivf to someone else who needs them. They were securely triple wrapped in brown paper and I paid £8 for first class postage. The recipient got empty
