@secondtierpod As a kid in the early 80 s in my u 12 s team we all wore Stoke kits for some reason even though we were in Birmingham. Someone must have got a job lot of them . And it was deffo this badge .

@BloozEXTRA The top DOF s want total control that’s how they operate . Often want to appoint their own coach . Maybe the club insisting they work with CD and the current coaches is a problem? Wouldn’t surprise me if they don’t promote someone from within .

@BloozEXTRA I think the reason he went more direct at the end was because the games were dead rubbers and he was scared he’d get the sack . As soon as the pressure is on he ll revert to Daviesball. It’s in his dna .
