After over 2 weeks of not treating my body in the best way and not sticking to my training, today is the day I restart in preparation for the London Triathlon by easing myself back into the routine with some mobility exercises and restorative yin yoga. Already feeling better 💪

Edmonton Incinerator on fire this morning. Residents advised to keep doors & windows shut as 100 tonnes of burning material put toxic smoke into the air. Myself & @wflds have been fighting against its expansion due to air quality concerns. If you’re in the local area, stay safe!
