@308Greenfield I use frigate nvr with some very basic hardware and a google tpu with an older nvidia gpu. All in all works very well for my small setup and completely local. I love that part myself.

I have a dedicated machine just for my camera system with local storage. The nas is running my file shares, dhcp and dockers for my vaultwarden, a local web site I use for managing all my internal systems and hardware, my UniFi controller, my documents scanning system and my trillum install. It’s just some of my misc stuff. I have a proxmox setup that I need to spend time on but haven’t yet done so. Plan to migrate some of that to it instead.

Nice!! I have a couple of repurposed 1u barracuda spam and web filters that I use for my nas and camera system storage. I have my Synology and it works well but i wanted something with a bit more power for my docker containers and after I swapped in new procs and maxed the ram they work great for me.

Today’s work on project SquareBurban. Finally took out the vinyl flooring that I was never happy with. It just refused to lay down properly and looked bad plain and simple. Got my new carpet put in and it worked out VERY well. Quite happy with it tbh. Still have some more trimming to do here and there on it and I have to repaint a ton of interior pieces to complete the migration from blue to saddle but progress is being made. First time both seats are fully installed too..👍🏻 Looks like I’ll be having to spend some money sooner than not for some of the accessories I want for it but seeing this makes me actually want to do it now 😉😜😂 Hope your Saturday has been a good one peeps.
