If you’re still obsessed about 32-bit #IPv4 addresses, If you’re still obsessing how to get more from CGNAT, How can you see the value of 128 bots of #IPv6? A billion people already use it today!

Before 2012, deploying IPv6 could cost you your job! Enabling IPv6 could degrade website performance, earning the wrath of the "If it's not broken, don't fix it" brigade. Work at the @ietf changed that, propelling IPv6 deployment. Meet Happy Eyeballs 🧶

CONGRATULATIONS! Menard Phiri You are now a certified GOLD IPv6 engineer, what an accomplishment! IETS (itesmw.com) is lucky to have you drive #IPv6 deployments. Do you want to upgrade your qualifications? Sit for the GOLD exam @AFRINIC at certi6.io

@Enno_Insinuator You always find the most amazing rabbit holes. Miss your elegant presentations from your Troopers’s days.

@AustinNwaka @nickrusso42518 This is the shock of the year man. So painful. Not that I know him personally but I always read his tweets here and respected his level of expertise. May his soul RIP.

That this problem exists simultaneously with multi-billion dollar • strategy • leadership • employee engagement Tell you a lot about what actually drives organisations.

The average quiz score across all courses is 84.6 Many thanks to our partners • Workonline (@wolcomm) • African Telecoms Union • AFRINIC (@AFRINIC) Who will be paying the complete IPv6 Forum certification fees for at least 60 of these engineers.

𝗪𝗶𝘁𝗵𝗼𝘂𝘁 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁, 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝗿𝗲’𝘀 𝗻𝗼 𝗲𝘅𝗰𝗲𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲. There's a better way than the team-building activities most companies turn to: 𝗧𝗵𝗲 𝗔𝗹𝗹-𝗛𝗮𝗻𝗱𝘀 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗠𝗲𝗲𝘁𝗶𝗻𝗴. Yes, you can get 10X the benefits at a tenth of the cost of traditional a team-building activity. Here's why. 𝗧𝗲𝗮𝗺 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗺𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗶𝗺𝗽𝗿𝗼𝘃𝗲 𝘁𝗵𝗲𝘀𝗲 𝟰 𝘁𝗵𝗶𝗻𝗴𝘀: 1. Problem-solving 2. Communication 3. Social bonding 4. Creativity But without trust, these won’t lead to enduring excellence. Here's why. “𝘼𝙡𝙡 𝙩𝙚𝙖𝙢-𝙗𝙪𝙞𝙡𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜 𝙞𝙨 𝙩𝙧𝙪𝙨𝙩 𝙗𝙪𝙞𝙡𝙙𝙞𝙣𝙜” — @mahorstman 𝗡𝗼𝘁 𝗺𝘂𝗰𝗵 𝗱𝗲𝗲𝗽 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁 𝗯𝘂𝗶𝗹𝗱𝗶𝗻𝗴 𝗵𝗮𝗽𝗽𝗲𝗻𝘀 𝗮𝘁 𝘆𝗼𝘂𝗿 𝘁𝗿𝗮𝗱𝗶𝘁𝗶𝗼𝗻𝗮𝗹 𝗿𝗲𝘁𝗿𝗲𝗮t. Solving a puzzle at a resort might increase your team’s problem-solving knowledge, but not problem-solving skill. Solving one clearly defined together improves both knowledge and skill - for everyone. 𝗪𝗵𝗮𝘁’𝘀 𝘁𝗵𝗲 𝗱𝗶𝗳𝗳𝗲𝗿𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲? 1. Higher stakes. (we care about the problem) 2. Deeper context. (theory meets reality) 3. Productive conflict. (value over egos) When you solve a problem during an all-hands, you’ve 𝗱𝗲𝗺𝗼𝗻𝘀𝘁𝗿𝗮𝘁𝗲𝗱 𝗰𝗼𝗹𝗹𝗲𝗰𝘁𝗶𝘃𝗲 𝗰𝗼𝗺𝗽𝗲𝘁𝗲𝗻𝗰𝗲 𝗮𝗻𝗱 𝗰𝗵𝗮𝗿𝗮𝗰𝘁𝗲𝗿. As a team you get to practice all 𝟭𝟯 𝗯𝗲𝗵𝗮𝘃𝗶𝗼𝘂𝗿𝘀 𝗼𝗳 𝘁𝗿𝘂𝘀𝘁. (h/t to @StephenMRCovey ) That’s why a well-executed all-hands is the ultimate trust-building arena. (it's a key play in my Zero⭕️ → 🟢OKR Accelerator for managers program) 💬 I'm curious - what's your favourite activity for building trust on your team? 👇

When someone becomes a manager, I only recommend two books to them. (1) “The Effective Manager” by @mahorstman with @ssentes & Kate (2) “The Team That Managed Itself” by @cwodtke Yes I’ve read both at least thrice, along with other books on management and pretty much every Harvard Business Review article on management. And I’ve also been in Sarah’s class in Seattle.

I wish these ladies would get a better social media producer. NONE of the leadership and management threads on here can hold a candle to the content @managertools already has. → excellent courses → excellent podcast → excellent tools I know, I’ve bought at least 4 of their products and attended a live conference. Absolutely world class. I wish to see that here. Heck I’ll gladly help create the strategy to make this happen.

Reality begs to differ. Hire smart people. Yes. Pay them well, sure. But before you leave then the fcuk alone, so this first. Clarify the outcome you need from them that’s aligned with your vision. And then watch for them to earn the right to be left alone.

If indeed MHBHD can crush them (that’s a big IF), then 100% of the blame lies with the companies. No powerful individual software reviewer can crush your product for good unless. (1) Your product was crap. (2) Your marketing sucked. Especially if you have/had lots of money!

@MelindaBChu1 I feel little sympathy for overfunded companies. But with that title MKBHD wanted to show us he can crush them with one thumbnail. Just like he did with Fisker a few weeks ago. It’s a show of power.
