@Kiera__Marshall @M_Star_Online Wales would rank about 80th in the world for producing carbon, UK 20th. Environment is important but top 15 produce 75%. Put Pressure on the others, maybe a boycotts or tariffs. Make the polluters pay for our energy initiatives. Wales produces just 0.08%.

@BellaWallerstei If you are budget holder in Private Sector company, you’re be tracking spend and reporting in timely manner. You may have to overspend, usually you’re have allowance or need to request further funding but shouldn’t be an Unexpected surprise.

Military support needed, I’d see Iranians calling in artillery, drone & air support. need new US president, Trump too flaky & unpredictable. Unfortunately, world only interested in Palestine.

My view, the West & friendly Middle Eastern countries should be training & equipping Iranians & Kurds in the same manner as the West trains troops from Ukraine. They then support regime change.

@RWTaylors @daveatherton The value of £500 in 30 years is £206 assuming a rate of 3% (annual discount rate). It’s like have 30 year mortgage at 1/3 of market value that never increases, but your wages go up. It gets cheaper every year.

@RWTaylors @daveatherton Council agreed to 30yr lease for £6k per year. Critics & local councillors claim this is well below the estimated market value of £20k to £25k triggering local disputes and legal challenges. Actual Income £180k, Est. Potential income £600k to £750k. Stinks.

@ChristabelleBl2 @RWTaylors @daveatherton Legal challenge by two Tory one Independant councillor was dropped. I wouldn’t enter a 30 year deal under market value. You may do it for short term, say five years. Councillors must show commercial acumen.
