@SimonFParker This does risk placing myself in the role of the ‘unwelcome rescuer’ so keeping the responsibility for naming and disrupting the patterns needs to remain with the clients. I facilitate participatory action research processes to surface those observations anonymously.

@SimonFParker In hierarchy the system is parent-child by design. I go macro & compare different structures & the phenomena they produce on human relationships & mental health. When folks recognize the water they are swimming in & what they see happening around them, the conversations change.
