Stop government deficit spending which leads to several bad outcomes 1)It causes increased demand which results in increased prices, this includes government subsidies for housing. 2)It causes government to increase the supply of dollars which decreases the value of dollars, which leads owners of assets to demand more dollars in exchange. If Vivek wanted to level with people he would be straight the government deficit spending is the root of our economic problems.

Ok, let's say that. Is it easier, or harder, do you suppose, to come up with a vaccine that is natural or one for which you wrote the blueprint? For instance do we have a vaccine for the common cold yet...after decades of trying or did we come up with a vaccine for Covid withing 6 months? Similarly, is there a vaccine for AIDS yet after millions dead, billions spent and decades of trying?

That isn't much or a rebutal, if it is a rebutal at all. It is a response grounded in "but what about them"...the weakest of rebuttals. BECAUSE my post wasn't to say that the behaviour i the original post didn't exist as described, it was to say that existed in other races as well and therefore wasn't a dispositive oroof of the racism the original poseter attempted to define by this behaviour. My counterpoint is that it is a behaviour much more defined by culture than race.

That sucks, I am sorry for your loss. Sevral of us had something similar happen when a gang posed as our bereaved loved one called AT&T in the middle of the night and requested that our cell phone number be tranferred to their SIM. AT&T believed them and transferred the number. The gang then transferred numerous passwords and then robbed various accounts.

No, we should be telling women and men. To live their best life. I am a very conservative LDS father of three daughters. One is a college graduate with a successful career in sales, one has three beautiful children...that is the same daughter by the way. One has a successful career as a radiology tech and one has two daughters...that is the same daughter by the way. And one has a masters degree in clinical counseling and her own practice and has no children yet. All have made different choices. A good father wants one thing for his children, that they have joy in their life.

Apparently you didn't study math in high school or college. An FHA loan requires less than 5% down. You only need $80,000 if you are buying a $4M dollar home. AND your starter home was never the median home. For me, that was a $65,000 home I could afford (barely) with a VA home loan as an E-5 in the Navy. Look for a $200,000 -$250,000 home, you will need $10,000-$20,000 on an FHA first time home buyer loan. Put the rest of the $80,000 in a brokerage account invested in semiconductors like MU and NVDA and live yiur life, stop bitching, your entitlement is showing.
