The market - even in these weird times - is pretty much unlimited for mid/high end residential GCs who: - communicate well - don't force clients into their unbalanced, in-house contracts - don't see architects as the enemy - execute with urgency - don't get defensive when a homeowner asks a perfectly reasonable question There are builders who have this stuff nailed, and they're delightful to work with. But there aren't enough!

Why a trailer? In many jurisdictions (check), you can live (or rent) full time in a trailer or Tiny Home on Wheels, and not need city/county inspection. Huge savings over site-built ADUs.
