@KFC_India Even after replying with me details in the DM, there is no contact made from the team yet, Its been more than 2 weeks since this issue and nothing is resolved yet.
Ordered something on the KFC app, tracked the order and waited for almost 1.5 hrs. Raised two complaints with customer care within 30 mins period and no callback from either the restaurant or the customer care and finally cancelled the order. Even after cancelling the order it shows delivered and not yet received the order neither the refund! Disappointing. @KFC_India please resolve this issue. OrderId: K675089668
