Awarding a national honour to someone making unverified claims of curing cancer (Blood cancer ,Breast Cancer etc),Diabetes raises serious public health concerns. Cancer remains a disease for which research into better treatments continues worldwide, and unsupported cure claims can mislead vulnerable patients into delaying or abandoning evidence-based care. If an individual is practicing medicine or promoting treatments without the required legal qualifications or regulatory approval, the matter warrants a thorough investigation by the competent authorities. Patients should never be exposed to unproven therapies or misleading claims in the name of Ayurveda or any other system of medicine. Public health must be guided by scientific evidence, transparency, and strict enforcement of medical regulations. Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence. This can't be ACCEPTABLE If we are going to legalize unqualified medical practice, then why not legalize fake police officers, fake IAS officers, and fake judges as well? Let everyone perform any profession without the required qualifications. Why is public health the only sector where such compromises are tolerated? Is human life really so cheap that anyone can make extraordinary claims about treating life-threatening diseases without scientific evidence or proper medical qualifications? @PMOIndia @narendramodi

New Avatatar of ORSL- name of manufacturer, colour, design and everything of the of label is the same as that of ORSL - except change of the name, designed E to appear as O and S phonetically similar to Z which is deceptive, to mislead the gullible and to enable dealers and sales people at ground to push as new name of ORSL. It may not be misleading as drug ORS, but they want to protect market created for ORSL. I said this clearly. Our entire SAS business is based on the trust that we DO NOT access customer data and we do not use it for selling stuff to them. End to end encryption is a technical feature and that is coming. Trust is far far more precious and we are earning that trust daily in the global market. We will continue to fulfill that trust of every user of our product everywhere.

Every time a new Indian app launches, the pitch is usually “this is our WhatsApp alternative” or “our Google alternative. But honestly, I feel that approach limits how far the product can actually go. The moment you position it as an “alternative,” the comparison game starts. People don’t look at what it uniquely offers, they just check what it doesn’t have compared to the global giant. We’ve seen this story with Hike, Koo and many others. Take Arattai from Zoho for example. I’ve been following it, and it genuinely has potential. Especially when you think about Zoho’s proven track record with business tools. But instead of only projecting it as “India’s WhatsApp alternative,” imagine if the focus was on its integration with Zoho’s ecosystem, privacy-first design, or features that are truly made for Indian users. That’s a much stronger story. In my opinion, Indian apps don’t need to replace anything. They need to create their own space. That’s when adoption becomes natural and sustainable.

There are questions about where Zoho is developed and where the data is hosted and who hosts it. There is a lot of false information we want to correct. 1. All the products are developed in India. Our global headquarters is in Chennai and we pay taxes in India on our global income. As a global corporation headquartered in India, we have offices in over 80 countries and have a strong presence in the US which is a big market for us. 2. Indian customer data is hosted in India (Mumbai, Delhi and Chennai, soon Odissa). We have over 18 data centers globally and they host the respective country or regional data. We are committed to hosting each country data in their own jurisdiction. 3. All our services run on hardware we own and software frameworks we developed, on top of open source like Linux OS and Postgres database. 4. We do not host our products on AWS or Azure. Arattai, specifically, is not hosted on AWS or Azure or GCloud. We use some of those services for regional switching nodes to speed up traffic but data is not stored in them. We are adding many such "points of presence" (POPs) as we speak. 5. Our Zoho Developer account in the App Store and Play Store lists our US office address because the account was registered in the very early days of those stores by one of our employees in the US just to test them out. We never changed that. We are proudly "Made in India, Made for the World" and we mean it🙏
