4/7 The real problem isn't ideas. I have too many. The problem is I've been LARPing as a builder without actually building for money. No published apps. No deployed tools. No users paying me. Just a graveyard of half-finished projects and a Kling and Nano Banana addiction.

2/7 EXPECTED: Be early → Build fast → Ship products → Make money ACTUAL: Be early → Have 47 ideas → Start 12 projects → Finish 0 → Make memes instead The only thing I shipped? AI agents for a corporate client. They use them daily. I earn nothing from it.
