i’ve been on edtwt for EIGHT YEARS today. can you believe that
i’m so hungry but i need to lose at least 4kg in the next 2 weeks (which is SO doable but seems impossible rn)
as bad as it is, i’m excited to be able to take lax again when i’m back home 🥲
i want to lose weight in a sustainable way but i also need to lose a few kgs as quickly as possible
doesn’t even have to be good!! neutral would do but wanting to hide from everyone and everything is not it
I JUST WANT TO EAT NORMALLY AND HAVE A GOOD BODY IMAGE IS THAT TOO MUCH TO ASK FOR
i’m so self conscious about every part of my body, i cannot believe it’s been TWO YEARS since i was at my lw
looking at pictures of myself at my lw makes me want to off myself, why did i RUIN IT
i haven’t seen him in over a year and i’m so excited but i wish i could be only excited instead of excited and scared
i’m seeing a friend again in about 2 weeks and i’m a lot heavier than the last time i saw him and it makes me so anxious (i know he couldn’t care less but ugh )
i’ve had so much caffeine today i know it’ll be so hard to sleep but all i want to do is sleep so i don’t think about food 24/7
also 3 weeks until i’m back home after travelling for over 6 months and i’m so exited but i also have to lose as much weight as possible in 3 weeks
not only am i back at my HW, i’m also the worst mentally (ed wise) i’ve ever been
i need the restricting mindset back, i can’t stay at this weight
i’m so unbelievably fat, slobbish and ugly, i cannot believe people have to look at me every day
