@CrossCountryUK hi we have advance tickets booked for tomorrow and due to the planned strikes we intend to travel Sunday. We have booked a non refundable hotel for tomorrow. Can we still use them Sunday now the strike is suspended?

@CrossCountryUK I have no choice but to travel on that day. I’ve already had to pay for additional accommodation for a night. Is there nothing that can be done? I’ll be in a lot of pain if I have to stand for the journey.

@monzo I find it a bit odd to roll out a new brand but not actually roll that out across your product. It instantly outdates it. Really like the brand refresh though.
