@brettcalhounn Right. Raising is not an opportunity to go live high on the hog. It allows you a short extension to prove out your thesis with real customers (accept/adjust/pivot). Be frugal. Give yourself time to be wrong, wrong, wrong, wrong and then right.

The distinction between spreading the proceeds and spreading the means is the most important one here. Access to AI may raise productivity. But if intelligence remains a rented capability controlled by a handful of platforms, it will not materially broaden economic agency or ownership. Can you hear that large sucking sound?
