Hey @ThreeUKSupport, either someone is scamming using your company name (most likely) or your call centre security processes need rewriting. Caller says “I have important information about your contract” then insists on verifying your identity. Red flag!
@bankwithsmile I know from the replies on your timeline that this has been a problem for over a week now. “Trying” isn’t good enough. Revert, fix and redeploy is the professional approach.
So @bankwithsmile did you even bother testing your latest web app deployment? Can't view credit card statements ("something went wrong") and your CSV extract is broken - dates and transaction descriptions only. Pretty shabby service.
@bankwithsmile Yet again you didn’t test the new version before putting it live. That would be a disciplinary issue with any software team that I lead. So how are your customers supposed to view their CC statements to check them before repayment goes out?

Wow @virginmedia really? There's no feature on your customer portal that allows me to cancel my services, you redirect me out to WhatsApp where I have to provide security information to proceed? Bad form. This is one of the many, many reasons that I'm leaving.
Yes, they're also masters of not answering the actual question you asked and pretending that they're trying to help and "protect" you rather than making the process so awkward and breathtakingly long that you give up and carry on using their wretched product.
