@danjaydubya @adi_mowles As is the world mate. Victims of our own success and anything different to the Football Manager and Prem money world they have grown up in becomes miss management and lacking ambition! But God forbid anyone shows some ambition or belief! Strange times!

@danjaydubya @adi_mowles He will and is mate. I’m sure these were fuelled by a few drinks and some anger of course. All I am saying is we are sympathising with fans, some of whom on here are just negative and abusive but getting a minor attack once, but yet giving no slack to the other side.

@danjaydubya @adi_mowles I get the sentiment Dan, it is not a great look by anymeans. Do you extend said sympathy to people who get protests from many angles when they are pumping a lot of cash in for many years? It does work both ways for all of us. Everyone has a limit etc

@Malcolm18668825 @PTBenJones Read what Ben said to me. He was in on the meetings and agreed with a lot of what was presented. However the tone of what is put across on X doesn’t reflect that. Growing vibe in football fans on social media to just bash their club whatever happens.

@theposhfan @PTBenJones Not at all Nick, I want a journalist who get access to the club to be balanced. Swanny has been negative for a long time. Ben is following a similar path when he says he was in the meetings and agreed with a lot of it yet I don’t see that in his tone.

@PTBenJones Exactly the badge itself is only part of the plan. The rebrand for marketing purposes, clothing, type face etc is all good like you said yourself. Strange to constantly slate everything the club is doing. Of course improvements can be made but you have influence on the narrative

@adi_mowles @ChrisCook007 As per the fan feedback over 80% of fans call the club Posh rather than Peterborough or Peterborough United etc. Majority of opposition fans know us as Posh.

@PTBenJones Why all the negativity from the press who “represent” the club? I was involved the meetings and the process is a rebrand not just a crest change. Go through the whole presentation and digest it Ben. Typeface change, a crest that works on multiple levels in multiple ways.

@richard_pufc86 Here’s a positive one, I was involved in one of the meetings and all of us in the room were for it. It’s a rebrand process not solely a new badge. It is designed to work across a range of formats including clothing, websites etc all levels of branding.

@clarkbatfan @footymarketer As one of the fans who were involved in the focus meetings I can confirm there was full agreement in the room on the final design. The process was a rebrand not solely a crest change. Look again through the presentation when it was launched and you can see the process

@richard_pufc86 Perfect time to do it, if people want it that badly and really support it then they would take the option up and do it. Can’t come out with a narrative of wrong game etc etc if the drive for it is there then the timing and game shouldn’t matter.

@JessicaaAC Football is played in many ways. They over ran the midfield, stifled our play and forced us into multiple touches that slowed us down. Overloaded the full backs and reduced the options. We have to learn to be aggressive and find another way to win at times. That’s how it goes
