@VodafoneAU have outright admitted it was their error, told me they would explore the issue more to find a solution, and now seem to be hoping I’ll just quietly go away. Insurance is all about trust. You cannot trust these dishonest people. (3/3)

Why? Because @VodafoneAU wrote the wrong phone model down when they set up the plan. It’s that simple. They wrote ‘11’ instead of ‘14’ and magically the hundred of dollars I’ve paid them are meaningless. (2/3)

A cautionary tale about dealing with @VodafoneAU. After being defrauded for two years, their customer resolutions team - who promised to call me back - are ghosting me. Having paid my handset insurance premium in good faith for years, they now refuse to let make a claim. (1/3)

I understand times are hard, but doesn't the President of the #Ukraine own a suit? I don't have much respect for current members of the U.S. Congress either, but I still wouldn't address them wearing a t-shirt. I wouldn't want to disrespect the institution or the Unites States.

I don't want to give this person's disgraceful, bigoted views any oxygen. But when others insist on rewarding them with this country's highest honour – I think it's worth saying again: Grand Slam wins don't give you some right to spew hatred and create division. Nothing does.
