@sainsburys Just opened a pack of strawberries I received yesterday which were dated tomorrow (16th June) and several of them are already mouldy. Getting really fed up with this. Do you care at all about the quality of the food you sell?
@sainsburys I ordered two bars of Belgian dark cooking chocolate. One has "New recipe" on it. "New recipe" has more calories, fat & sugar, and 1% less cocoa solids. So you've just made it worse. A fantastic product, ruined. Great job pushing customers away.
Hello @sainsburys can you suggest why half of my mozzarella slices look like this? They're dry, hard and very, very salty - too salty to use alone. The other half of the pack is fine.
@sainsburys @sainsburys I've already claimed a refund through the online form. I'm just fed up needing to refund and throw out unusable food every week. Seems like Sainsbury's does not care about food quality or customer satisfaction.
@sainsburys These are the chestnut mushrooms I received with my order yesterday. Do you consider these to be of acceptable quality? This is a long ongoing issue now, when are you going to sort it?
@sainsburys You are pricing people out of home delivery. I do not need to spend £50 a week, nor can I afford to. I am sure many can relate. What are we supposed to do? Also, why weren't we informed of this by email? I have just gone to place this week's order and seen this.
@sainsburys Please sort the quality of your fresh produce. This is completely unacceptable. Bruised and discoloured pears, soggy mushrooms, and I don't even know where to begin with the "cucumber". Also, the button mushrooms are BIGGER than the closed cup mushrooms I got.
