❗️French Navy vessels detained the tanker Deliver (Cameroonian flag) off the coast of Sicily. The ship had departed from the Russian port of Primorsk heading to Singapore. President Macron stated that the vessel belongs to the Russian “shadow fleet” and is violating EU sanctions. The tanker is also included in Ukraine’s sanctions lists.
