Got clothes that do not fit as a gift. Tags still on. @Walmart says they do returns with or without a receipt for up to 90 days after the purchase. Apparently this customer service person is refusing me a return OR exchange. I let the dirt underwear they sold me go but this? No

@ThreeDailey Same. Same. But most of my friends forgot my birthday on Sunday and I didn't celebrate, I have to move within a week, my dad accidentally tossed my meds, and doordash took the last of my money and j have to wait 3 days for it back. So yeah

This happened just worse last month. Last month they tried to double charge me for an order, but I couldn't pay for the 2nd one (I didn't order it lol) but they told me they couldn't hell me until the money physically left my bank & wouldn't stop recharging. Biggest BS ever

@DoorDash_Help How are you guys going to not give me half my order, offer credits less than what I paid so when I asked for a refund they said sure but they would have to charge me again to make the adjustments, so I would see "probably" 2 charges before my refund

Literally about to never use @DoorDash again their chat/support system is awful. They can't get their stuff together, say different things, tell me I don't know what I'm talking about, hang up on me, etc. When all I want to know is why they are charging me TWICE.
