I’m working in industry this summer and it has been… refreshing. I have my mornings, my nights, my weekends, my sanity. My colleagues are collaborative, supportive, respectful, HAPPY. No emails are sent past business hours. Mental health is prioritized. I feel valued.

I really played myself scheduling my thesis defense during Week 8. My body is so tired and ready to rest, but I still have homework and readings to complete for the next few weeks.
