@dbsbank web posting that they are down... and I'm still waiting for my money to be transfered through a broken remitance process. Posted before, told they would contact me. Called, told manager would call. NADA
Call didn't happen. Alternative route, 'telegraphic transfer' hasn't happened either
@dbsbank DBS transfers can't handle valid Australian BSB, finally admitted a fix was required taking 4 days. I am expected to wait. I mentioned transfer via Swift but the folk in DBS didn't know how! Commited call from a DBS manger has not happened. Really dissapointed.
