Stranger Things season 5 is an overstuffed mess littered with lazy plot devices, horrible dialogue, sleepy acting. They clearly even forgot some plot points when writing this. It's crazy this is the same show as season one. Why do they need all these characters? Does every bit character need a role in the last season? Who on earth would think this is a good idea? This never should have carried the same plot through five seasons. First season was great. Truly awesome mix of nostalgia and adventure. Season two was fine. By season 4 the show was totally different than it's original log line. I always thought it should be an anthology with a new mystery every season for the kids to solve. Different weird stuff, concepts that were big the 80s. This whole Vecna thing has always been a yawner. Anyways, it sucks. Another show that started out great and then got crushed under its own weight. Couldn't keep it tight, focused. Crazy how these showrunners fear exactly this, but they always go down this route and end up here. Marvel's bad influence yet again.
