Trump and Putin coming together to resolve Ukraine. What the resolution is; · Russia keeps the land it took. That is the fixed territorial outcome. No framework or negotiation changes the fact that physical control on the ground determines the final map. · Ukraine loses that land permanently and loses the people who lived on it. The country becomes smaller, poorer, and more dependent on external money to survive. · Its remaining territory carries heavy debt and reconstruction contracts that external actors will control. · Europe pays the largest permanent bill. Higher energy costs, lost industrial competitiveness, massive military spending that mostly goes to foreign contractors, and increased dependence on external finance and security guarantees. · European states lose relative power and autonomy inside their own bloc. · TPS collects on both sides of the conflict and then again on the settlement. They supplied weapons and finance during the fighting. They will supply reconstruction contracts, debt instruments, energy infrastructure, and new supply chains after it ends. Profit flows regardless of who holds the land. The fighting served as a transfer mechanism. · European wealth and industrial capacity moved toward TPS balance sheets through inflated energy prices, arms purchases, and capital flight from the conflict zone. The resolution locks in that transfer and prevents Europe from reversing it easily. · European states are pushed into tighter alignment with TPS platforms.
