@AdamGoodrich I suppose Steam needs those numbers to be profitable, and Unity doesn't, at least wasn't, because they have profitable advertising business

@mikeBithell I think it's fine, after such magnificent failure they have a lot to discuss and fighting for the best solution could produce strong solution, but also situation may get worse which I hope isn't the case

Question for those who read books a lot. When I finish a book I feel a bit strange, like I don't wanna start reading the next one and have some sort of sadness that the previous book finished. Is it better to start a new book immediately or should I wait a couple of days until previous book will fade away from my thoughts? I just wonder how others do that. #books #reading #readingcommunity #readingforpleasure

Honestly I'm still trying to understand what am I making. It's already playable game and consist a lot of basic survival mechanics, but I'm considering different directions to develop it further. I have an idea of a felling I'm trying to implement and I need to do mechanics which would replicate an ability to survive together and build relations between different people and groups of players. I see that players are always strive to be a part of a big social group and compete together. I see a big potential in building mechanics and cooperation in battles. Also the game plot based on atomic pollution around the world which is the reason for players to find benefits and adapt their behavior to take advantage of the environment seemed to destroy everything, but on other hand gives an opportunity to discover new way to live and evolve as a human.

It was 2013 and I was around 14 years old when I've released it. It was playable in browser and since there was very popular social network in Ukraine called Vkontakte, which was developed by a Russian guy called Pavel Durov and that's why this social network is banned right now in Ukraine where I'm from. So I released it there and on other social platforms and it became very popular with more than 10k players every day. It was a very simple blocky style game which you were able to play with your friends on social network. The game was called Fast Craft 3D.
