Based on these descriptions, the entire community understood that the program was operating under a 100% Bonus Cover mechanism. Where Did the Problem Begin? Throughout the campaign period, users traded according to the rules stated above. However, when users began requesting withdrawals, a large number of withdrawal requests were either delayed or unable to be processed. At that point, the exchange informed users that the actual mechanism was no longer Bonus Cover 100%, but had instead been changed to Bonus Cover 0%. What makes this situation particularly concerning is that no official notice was provided to either users or agents before this change was implemented. The Consequences Users built their trading strategies, capital management plans, and bonus utilization based entirely on the rules originally published by the exchange. When those rules were effectively changed after the trading activity had already taken place, controversy became inevitable. And this was the starting point of the entire dispute that followed.
