@FPetet When I read some people say there's no difference between driving here and in the US or Europe, I wonder if they've ever been in Thailand for more than a week. Thai roads (not just Bangkok) are among the most dangerous in the world, there's a HUGE gulf in terms of safety.

@shayanwonders When I started driving in Thailand (I drive about 30,000 km a year), I sometimes tried to complain to them. But now I've given up. They have the ability and the nerve to make you look like you're in the wrong.

@Ajarncom I watched it last night. I've been following Theroux for a while now, and I've always appreciated his unique way of "interviewing without interviewing," that is, letting people talk and letting them describe themselves for who they really are. In this case, I found only sadness.
