This was a taught skill. Prior to her training from coaches @CoachMike_10 & @marciossa44, @AravenaDaphne would take short steps at a high cadence. By bringing her knees up, her stride and efficiency improved. Hence, she looks and feels relaxed at high speeds. Like a T-1000 😂

@LennyHennry14 @breezyxhunna Thanks, we’ve all been blessed with athleticism. My son, Daphne’s older brother, plays baseball. My wife was a collegiate D1 swimmer and I raced BMX and mountain bikes. We’re all very proud of our young lady.
