What more? The support calls are charged at a premium and wait times are in 10+ minutes. And their managers hang up in the middle of the conversation. @dbs_care I can share the support call recordings to prove my point.

@dbs_care I wonder how a bank accepts deposits and blocks the money transfer or withdrawal without telling the customer. And when money was needed, I was asked to wait three days to re-activate it. @digibank @RBI
