At that point our career aspiration is to GTFO. The desk posture training never made sense, as I'm so tall none of office furniture worked for me very well. I'm several months in to doing a relatively simple high availability deployment, which involves lots of requests for networking infra work - it's taken several weeks just to get a single DNS record change. Once the site was running no one gave a crap about all the gaps (it's still not truly HA), and the resources got pulled into other higher priority projects. I'm left begging for changes via jira tickets that land on boards with hundreds of stale tickets already. And yet somehow I'm responsible for getting the deployment working as desired. On the questions - I've noticed a push to get good quality info available for consumption by AI agents. So apparently we didn't give a crap when human's needed this info to work efficiently, but now it's for AIs it's high priority.
