#RDC #Elections : @symocel sur 1000 rapports à 9h dit qu’il y a eu des retards sur plus de 60% des BV, le personnel était là dans près de 80% des BV. Par contre, dans plus de 11%, soit le matériel nécessaire n’était pas là, soit le bureau est resté fermé pour d’autres raisons
