@viking_boer Walls built to keep people out are built to protect what is inside them. Walls built to keep others in are prisons. Laws and taxes serve the same function.
Cities will not fix themselves. All of human history proves this. Conquest and/or destruction are the only proven methods of municipal reform. Since neither of those is likely or acceptable, containment and avoidance are the only practical solutions. Thankfully, cities in TX can no longer autonomously grow like the cancer they are.
