How to get brand-consistent presentations from AI without fixing every slide manually I was rebuilding my brand for every deck. Different fonts. Different colors. Different feel every time. Now every presentation looks like it came from the same designer. Inside Claude Design I created one Project. Instead of starting from zero every time, I gave Claude a permanent presentation system. Here's what lives inside it. 1. Brand Style Guide PROMPT: "You are my lead brand designer. Help me build a complete Brand Style Guide for presentations. Ask me questions about: – my audience – brand personality – colors and HEX codes – typography (title / body / caption fonts) – slide spacing and composition – the visual tone I want (bold / minimal / corporate / warm) – presentation references I love. Then organize everything into a Brand Style Guide.md that will be the foundation for every deck I create." What it does: Claude knows your visual rules before touching a single slide. 2. Reference Library Upload screenshots of presentations you love: from LinkedIn, Slideshare, speaker decks, brands you admire. Then tell Claude: PROMPT: "Analyze these presentations. Find the recurring design patterns. Don't recreate them. Extract reusable principles that fit my Brand Style Guide: slide structure, visual hierarchy, how they use white space, how they handle data slides." What it does: Claude learns what good looks like in your world. 3. Reusable Slide System PROMPT: "Based on my Brand Style Guide and Reference Library, create reusable layouts for: – title slides – content slides – section dividers – data and chart slides – quote slides – framework slides – CTA slides. Every presentation I create should use these layouts automatically." What it does: you stop designing. You start filling in content. 4. New Presentation Requests Now every time you need a deck, you only write: PROMPT: "Using my Brand Style Guide, Reference Library and Slide System, create a presentation about [topic] with [number] slides."
