Hey @KiaInd @kiacareindia, several Kia Sonet owners are reporting the same infotainment failure: ghost touches, dead zones and unusable Android Auto/CarPlay, often appearing around or shortly after the 3-year warranty mark. Owners are then being quoted ₹30,000 to ₹41,000 for replacement, including some who first reported the issue during warranty. This no longer looks like an isolated failure. Will Kia investigate the affected units and offer a recall or goodwill replacement instead of making customers repeatedly pay for what appears to be a common defect?
