Total Joke! Suitcase damaged on recent trip but @FlySWISS and @dolfi1920 have been useless. @FlySWISS passes from pillar to post and @dolfi1920 fails to call you back when they promise and charges extra to try replace your bag. Not impressed!

@ITAAirways - I am flying with Air France next week in Economy class, however I hold ITA Volare Executive status. I am able to access the Air France Lounge? As this is skyteam elite plus status.
