Benjamin Netanyahu and his son, Yair Netanyahu, have been calling for an invasion of Spain's cities of Ceuta and Melilla by "Arabs and Muslims" since at least 2019. Netanyahu's son wrote: "Dear Arabs and Muslims: Want to free occupied Arab Islamic lands? Here's a good start!" Earlier this year, Netanyahu stated that Spain had decided to stand up against Israel and that he would make an example of the country. "I do not intend to allow any country to wage a diplomatic war against us without paying an immediate price."
