@WingsFinancial See private message ASAP. Double transfer happened. Bad software. On hold a long time right now to try to speak to Member Services. HELP.

@WingsFinancial This is the 3rd time since May this has happened to me. Member Services called on hold for long periods of time. Once was to ask re wire transfer during closing of refi, other 2 times were re large $ transfers between accounts.

@WingsFinancial It's happening again. On hold for 20 minutes for customer service. Called back, was told Mon AM is busy. This is not okay.

@WingsFinancial NO ONE ever answers the phone when I call. I tried for 20 minutes when we wanted to do a wire transfer. Today 2 calls 10 and 12 minutes. Tried different prompt options. Nada. Time to change to a different credit union/bank. #verydissatisfied

@dog_rates Oh my gosh my heart is breaking. My dog Gambino broke his foot chasing the ball. In a splint for 8 weeks, time is almost up. He's getting older and I think his ball chasing days are done.
